The production of our auxiliary controllers and components follows a quality assurance system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Development, production and quality assurance are centrally organised and continuously monitored. Short response times and permanent control of the individual production steps are consequently guaranteed. All devices are RoHS compliant according to 2002 95 EG, of course. In addition every controller is tested in a dynamic driving simulation before delivery to the customer. The integrated self test allows a reliable checkup of all functions at any time, without the need for additional test and setup hardware on the user's site.

We offer a dependable full service to tuners - all the way from the idea to the fully configured device (assembly group/housing/wire set) including your individual label. We gladly take over the production of tuning boxes and automotive assembly groups according to your requirements. Software solutions and adaptations are carried out for customary microprocessors by Atmel, Cypress, Motorola, Silicon Labs and ST. In this context we pride ourselves on our latest Techworld auxiliary controller for direct injection turbo engines. As an exception to current customary systems in the market, which have realatively complex wire sets and a variety of  adapters that are badly suited for assembly and service, we found a solution with only one connector and  considerably improved power output.
